Principal photography on Strangers wraps August 10, 2009
San Luis Obispo, CA – Principal photography on the new short film, Strangers, wrapped on Sunday night in San Luis Obispo, CA. The film, produced under SBP’s Bishop’s Peak label, is the second to be shot entirely on location in this bucolic Central Coast city. The production stayed on schedule despite a nearby PG&E transformer blowing in the middle of the shoot. Producer M. J. Johnson was effusive in his praise for the mostly new and untested cast and crew. “This was the youngest and most inexperienced crew we’ve ever hired and they performed like seasoned pros, Johnson said, “And the performances delivered by Jonathan Aube’ and Wyatt Mitchell packed the most powerful emotional punches of any film I’ve done to-date. Anyone not touched by their work has no soul.” The film now enters post-production. This one will be worth the wait!
